Count the steps left to your entered threshold

A pity counter is useful only when the threshold and reset rules are known. This planner does not guess them. Give it the guarantee threshold, the attempts already counted toward that threshold and the cost of the next attempt.

Keep the counter honest

For a threshold of eighty and a current count of fifty three, twenty seven attempts remain. At 150 currency each, that is 4,050 more currency if the price stays fixed.

Enter the current counter shown by your game, rather than every attempt you have ever made. If a successful pull resets the counter, using your lifetime total would give the wrong answer.

What the progress figure tells you

Counter progress is attempts used divided by the threshold. It shows how far the entered counter has moved, not the probability of receiving a particular item. Different reward pools or reset conditions need separate counters.

Questions about Pity Counter Planner

Does this confirm a game has a guarantee?

No. You must supply a valid threshold and check the current rules of that game.

Why can I not enter a count above the threshold?

That would conflict with the guarantee threshold you entered. Check whether the counter has reset or the threshold is different.

Can the attempt cost vary?

The currency estimate uses one fixed cost. It cannot total a sequence of changing prices.
