The website and this policy

PakBeam is the website described in this policy. If you follow a link to Roblox, a game developer or another website, that operator’s privacy policy applies to what you do there.

The sections below distinguish the data handled by our game tools from information connected with delivering a webpage, sending email or using an external service. A tool working locally does not mean that every service involved in loading a page works locally.

What the tools do with your inputs

Our calculators work with values in your browser. If you enter an XP total or a drop chance, the PakBeam tool code uses those figures to calculate a result. It does not send them to a PakBeam calculator database.

Selecting a JSON file for an import lets the tool read that file in your browser. The import function does not upload the file to a PakBeam tool database. An export creates a file you can download and keep yourself.

Some tools remember information through local storage associated with pakbeam.com. This can include calculator inputs, named setups, comparison history, favourite and recently used tools, a claimed code list and saved timer state. These records are held in the browser profile you use, not in your Roblox account.

Local storage can remain until you remove it, clear site data or your browser deletes it. A person using the same browser profile may be able to see what you saved. On a shared device, clear data you do not want another person to see and export any list you want to keep first.

Information sent by email

An email you send to hello@pakbeam.com can contain your address, a name, message text and attachments. We use those details to read and answer the message, investigate the issue or handle the request you raised. Sending email also involves your email service and the service used to receive our mail.

A code report usually needs a game name, the exact code and the game’s response. A tool report needs the inputs and output. Neither needs a password, recovery code or login cookie.

Please remove personal information from screenshots and sample files. If a file contains more information than the issue requires, describe the problem or send a small example with invented labels instead.

Page requests, comments and login cookies

Hosting and security services may keep technical records of requests to the website. Depending on the service, those records can include an IP address, requested URL, access time, browser information and errors. They can be used to deliver pages, find technical problems and investigate abuse.

Where comments are enabled, WordPress can collect the fields shown in the comment form along with the commenter’s IP address and browser information for moderation and spam detection. A submitted comment may become public after approval. Your email address is not intended to be displayed as part of the public comment.

If comment cookies are offered and you select them, they can remember form details for a later visit. An enabled avatar service may receive a hash derived from your email address to find an avatar. An enabled spam checking service may process comment information for its own checking function.

If a website login is available and you use it, WordPress cookies support authentication and preferences. This concerns the website login, not permission to access your Roblox account. The public game tools do not request Roblox login credentials.

Browser storage and embedded items

Cookies can be sent with requests to a website or service. Local storage is used by code running in your browser to remember information on the device. Both can be controlled through browser settings, although disabling storage can stop a tracker or saved setup from being remembered.

An embedded video or another external item can connect your browser to its provider when it loads. That provider may receive technical information, use cookies or recognise an account you have with it. Its own privacy policy describes that processing.

A normal link opens a separate website when you follow it. An embedded item can involve a separate service while you are still reading a PakBeam page. Check the provider’s policy before signing in or sharing information through its content.

Google advertising, if it appears here

If PakBeam displays Google ads, third party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to select ads based on earlier visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to personalise ads using that browsing activity, subject to applicable consent choices and settings.

You can review personalised advertising choices through Google Ads Settings. The links below also explain Google’s use of information from sites using its services and provide choices offered by participating advertising companies.

Where a consent message is displayed, use its controls to review or change the choices available for that visit. Changing a personalised advertising preference does not necessarily remove every advertisement or stop processing needed for security or ad delivery.

This section applies when Google advertising is used. It does not say that ads are active at all times. Other advertising or analytics providers, if added, should be identified here with their relevant information and choice links.

Who else may handle information

Services used to host and protect the website or receive email may handle the information necessary for those jobs. External media and advertising providers, where used, can handle information through their own services as explained above.

Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law or in connection with investigating abuse and protecting the website. We cannot describe an external provider’s handling as though it were controlled entirely by PakBeam.

Providers may process data outside the country you are visiting from. If you need details about a particular interaction or provider, contact us and identify the feature or message involved.

How long information remains

Saved tool data remains under your browser’s storage controls. Clearing only cookies may leave local storage in place. Use the browser’s site data controls if you want to remove all stored PakBeam data, and make a backup before doing so.

Messages may need to be kept while a request is being handled and for a relevant follow up record. Technical record retention depends on the hosting or security service, its settings and operational needs. Records may also need to be retained where an applicable obligation requires it.

There is no single deletion period that describes every message and technical record. Ask about the record concerned if you need a specific answer. We do not promise that an email can erase data saved locally in a browser we cannot access.

Requests and younger visitors

You can email hello@pakbeam.com to ask about information you supplied or request access, correction or deletion. Explain what you sent, roughly when you sent it and what you want us to do. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to the request.

We may need limited clarification to locate a record or establish that the request concerns your information. Do not send identity documents or account credentials unless a necessary verification step has been explained to you.

Younger players should ask a parent or guardian before sharing personal details in email or a public comment. If you believe a child sent information that should be removed, contact us with enough detail to find it. Avoid sending further sensitive information just to report the issue.

Security and updates to this policy

No website, browser profile or email service can offer an absolute security guarantee. Keep sensitive account details out of tool inputs, messages and screenshots. Protect access to a shared browser where you have saved a list or setup.

The effective date above identifies this version of the policy. Changes to website features or data practices should be reflected on this page. Revisit it when you use a new feature or want to understand how an existing one handles information.
