Talk to PakBeam

Send us the page and the problem.

You can reach PakBeam at hello@pakbeam.com. A page URL and a short explanation are a good starting point. If something went wrong in a tool or game, include the example that shows it.

One address for website questions

Email hello@pakbeam.com for article corrections, tool problems, suggestions, privacy requests and questions about using our material. Choose one of the subject buttons above if it helps you start the message.

The buttons open your email application with a suggested subject. Nothing is submitted until you review the email and send it yourself. If an email application does not open, enter the address in the email service you normally use.

You do not need to send the same message to several addresses. Keep later details in the same email thread where possible so the original report and any clarification stay together.

If a code does not work

Tell us the game name and link to the PakBeam article. Copy the code exactly as you entered it. The message returned by the game is particularly useful, so quote it rather than only saying the code failed.

Mention whether you have used that code before and whether the game lists a level, group membership or another requirement. If a public developer announcement says the code expired or its reward changed, include that link.

A screenshot is helpful when the message is difficult to describe. Crop or blur usernames, private chat and account details. We are checking the listing and instructions, not asking to use your account.

If a calculation looks wrong

Include the tool URL, your inputs and the output you received. Then show the result you expected and how you arrived at it. This makes it possible to distinguish a calculation problem from a difference in assumptions.

For example, an XP report might say: current XP 250, target 4,000, rate thirty per minute, followed by the time shown. We do not need a screenshot of your whole account to reproduce that calculation.

Mention the browser and whether you were using a phone or computer. For an import problem, a short file example with invented labels can show the format without exposing your entire saved list. For a timer issue, tell us whether it was paused, reloaded or left in another tab.

Corrections and ideas for a new page

For a correction, identify the sentence, reward or instruction concerned. Include the current information and a relevant public source where you have one. A direct reference is easier to check than a general request to rewrite the whole article.

For a guide suggestion, tell us the part of the game that caused difficulty. For a tool suggestion, describe the task, what information a player can enter and the result they need. Those details help us judge whether a tool would solve a real problem.

We cannot promise that every suggestion will become a page. A clear use case still gives us something useful to consider.

Privacy and ownership requests

If you are asking about personal information, identify the message or interaction and approximately when it happened. Explain whether you are asking for information, correction or deletion. Send the request from the relevant email address when possible.

For a copyright or trademark concern, provide the PakBeam URL, identify the material and explain the rights involved. Include a way to contact you about the request.

Do not attach identity documents simply to start a conversation. If limited verification is necessary, we will explain what is needed. Passwords and recovery codes are never part of a website content report.

Permission to reuse something

Tell us the exact text, illustration or other material you want to use, where it would appear and whether the use is commercial. A link to the material makes the request easier to understand.

Sharing an article’s URL is different from republishing its text or design. Game materials may belong to another owner, so permission from PakBeam cannot automatically cover everything shown on a page. Downloadable software may also have a separate licence.

Problems that belong with Roblox or a developer

PakBeam does not manage Roblox accounts. Login problems, bans, missing purchases and game reward disputes need the official Roblox or developer support route. We cannot reverse a transaction or recover a lost password.

For a question about a PakBeam page, include only what is necessary to show the issue. Do not send authentication codes, login cookies or account recovery details, even if someone claims that doing so will help us fix a tool.

After sending your message

Response time depends on the issue and the number of messages received. We do not promise a fixed deadline or round the clock support. A correction may also take investigation before any page changes.

If you find another detail, add it to the same thread. An exact error message, a small example or a public source can help us continue the review without starting the report again.

A few common questions

Before you send your message

Will the email button send my message straight away?

No. It opens your email application. Review and send the message yourself.

Can you recover my Roblox account?

No. Use the official Roblox support process. Never send us passwords, login cookies or recovery codes.

What should I put in the subject line?

Use a short description such as Code report, Tool issue, Article correction, Privacy request or Permission request, followed by the game or page name.
