Turn a playtime goal into a manageable schedule

Six hours does not tell you where the time will fit. A session length and a weekly frequency make that goal easier to place around the rest of your week. This planner counts the sessions needed and gives both a fractional week estimate and whole calendar weeks.

Eight sessions, two weeks

A six hour target with forty five minute sessions needs eight sessions. At four sessions each week, the target takes two weeks. If the final session would be shorter, the tool still counts it as a session to schedule.

Keep the schedule realistic

Sessions per week is a count of sessions, not necessarily a count of days. You might play two shorter sessions on one day and none on another. The calculator does not choose those days for you.

Use a session length you are comfortable keeping. A plan based on longer sessions than you usually have can look quicker on paper without being easier to follow. Save a second setup to compare a different routine.

Questions about Play Session Planner

Are breaks included in the hours goal?

That is your choice, but use the same definition for the goal and each session. Mixing active play with total time changes the estimate.

Why are calendar weeks rounded up?

Any remaining sessions need room in another week, even if they fill only part of it.

Does this calculate XP or rewards?

It schedules time only. Use XP Goal Calculator or Reward Milestone Planner for a progress target.
